I cannot assist with rent amounts or income less than the following, without a cosigner:

  • 1 bedroom $1,100 ($3300 income needed)
  • 2 bedroom $1,400 ($4200 income needed)
  • 3 bedroom $1,800 ($5400 income needed)
  • *Most 3 bedrooms are in the $2000’s

I am not able to help with the following:

  • An unpaid apartment debt or eviction less than 1-year, even if it is not on the credit report
  • More than two apartment debts or evictions
  • Misdemeanors or felonies, even deferred adjudication
  • An open bankruptcy
  • A bankruptcy that contains an apartment debt or eviction
  • Section 8 voucher
